Chalky Downs Campsite

We are located at Bevendean Farm on top of the South Downs. The site is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views of rolling hills across the Downs and only 2 miles from the sea and the centre of the city of Brighton and Hove.

This relaxed campsite offers an escape to the countryside but within a short trip to the city if you feel the need.

We are open from early May to end of September, seven days per week.

We have been awarded Star Host status on Hipcamp, which means we are highly rated, responsive, and committed to providing incredible experiences. We were also given 1st place for campsites in South East England and 1st place for best all-round campsites in 2023! You can read more about this on our Hipcamp page.
